RATES FOR BELLA LUNA TREE HOUSE:
$250 per night Monday – Thursday $275 a night Friday, Saturday & Sunday (all taxes and fees included when you book with us directly). An additional $100 fee for use of the outdoor hot tub. Guests staying seven or more nights are not charged the hot tub fee.
We sometimes make an exception and book 2 night stays and charge $300 per night for those stays.
Independence Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years $275. a night for the three nights on and surrounding those days.
Because we offer only one dwelling. We have a strict no refund policy. Make sure you have read our entire description, reviewed our amenities page and please feel free to ask questions before booking.
